In her role as co-owner and Senior Consultant for HR Choice, Tracy has the opportunity to pursue her personal mission to reinvent the way humans experience work.   In particular, Tracy enjoys and specializes in the areas of business management, human resource strategy development, establishing and implementing human resource policy and practices, employee relations and high-performance leadership development.

 

Prior to her role at HR Choice, Tracy held a variety of leadership positions in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Operations, and Talent/Leadership Management at TW Telecom, Time Warner Communications, US West and PB Loco. 

Tracy is a multifaceted and well-respected leader with demonstrated successes in business planning, strategic and tactical human resources management, sales/business development and manager/leader training and development.  Her extensive experience working in (and with) start-ups, and with small and large corporate businesses, uniquely prepares her to understand and appreciate the challenges and opportunities of HR Choice clients. Tracy is located in Denver, CO.
