Kellen Sullivan is a consultant specializing in HR analytics, HRIS, Talent and Performance and Employee Engagement. As an HRIS subject matter expert, Kellen has managed complex projects including system implementation, access and content development, and training end-users. She is a driver of department initiatives relating to Organizational Development, Process Improvements, and Employee Engagement Strategy.
In addition to supporting HR Choice clients, Kellen works within the Human Resources team at JPMorgan Chase while serving as a community partner to the Chamber of Commerce, local universities, and non-profit organizations. As a Millennial ally in the changing demographics, Kellen offers a unique perspective on HR practices and strategy.
