Linda has over 15 years HR experience covering several industries including telecommunications, oil and gas and human resources consulting. Specialties include: Creating Policies and Procedures that incorporate future trends in HR. Benefit review and Open Enrollment creation designed to meet the needs of a company’s workforce. Creating Recruiting avenues that reach a diverse group of applicants. Creation and presentation of Onboarding for new employees. Full employee life cycle management training. Ensuring HR Best Practices are always first and foremost when working with an organization.

Linda has worked with large and small companies, publicly held and start-up entrepreneurs. Her favorites are smaller operations where a more personal touch with employees pays bigger dividends for the overall success of a company.

Linda received her Marketing degree from the University of Northern Colorado and a Masters in Entrepreneurship (MBA) from Jones International University. She currently resides in Parker, Colorado.
