Marygrace Ohab, Senior Consultant, has held Human Resource leadership positions for over thirty years. Her ability to build strong client relationships, and assess, develop, and implement HR solutions that have a sustained impact on business results has earned the trust of HR Choice clients over the last 10+ years.

 

Prior to her association with HR Choice, Marygrace was the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager at Medtronic Microelectronics Center in Tempe, AZ. Marygrace served in HR leadership roles at Motorola and Freescale Semiconductor that included Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, EEO/Affirmative Action, and Global Diversity & Inclusion.

 

As Director of Global Diversity at Motorola, Marygrace led the design and implementation of a global organizational change process that was widely benchmarked and acknowledged as best-in-class. The results were showcased on CBS Evening News, in numerous articles and publications, and are captured in White Men, Women and Minorities in the Changing Workforce by Dr. Anthony Ipsaro.

 

Marygrace has served on numerous teams, boards, and projects including the Technology Workforce Partnership, INROADS, Maricopa County Community Advisory Board, and one n ten. Marygrace was awarded Motorola’s Diversity Leadership Award and the Lifetime Achievement Award and was a 1994 Athena Award finalist for outstanding leadership.
