HR Choice Consultants offer a blend of strategic and tactical client support, which may include on-call/on-site HR support.


In addition to possessing advanced human resources and business knowledge and experience, our successful HR consultants possess several key competencies:

  • Client services: Building a relationship with the client based on confidence and trust; be clear on service and deliverables; meet   established time frames and provide recommendations for services that help solve the issues or improve current programs processes. (Clients often don’t know what they need or what is best approach)

  • Self-confidence: Must be sure of themselves if they are to impart their wisdom and know-how to others.

  • Ability to explain ideas and concepts in a simplified manner: Understand complex ideas in HR, and able to simplify and explain problems and solutions in terms everyone can understand.

  • Ability to cultivate new revenues:  By understanding current client needs and proposing new contract and services.

  • Ability to improvise: Because organizations are always evolving and changing, HR consultants must be able to foresee and implement multiple solutions.

  • Excellent listening skills: Before solutions can be discovered, problems need to be fully understood. Our consultants must carefully listen to the needs of their clients to implement solutions that address their specific needs.

  • Trustworthy: Strength in developing strong relationships with clients, having integrity and generating trust.

  • Self-motived: Must be able to work independently and with limited direction.


Additional Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Business, Organizational Development or HR Management

  • Five or more years of directly related HR experience 

  • Three years working in business operations and /or administration 


Preferred Qualifications

  • PHR/SPHR Certification


Work Environment:

Consultant must be flexible and able to work at a variety of work sites, to include home office, client work sites, and Company office location.
