Erin’s HR career spans over 25 years in the music and hospitality industries, giving her experience in most areas of the profession-and an appreciation for fast paced, dynamic and loosely structured environments. Leading the HR Business partner team for Universal Music Group before becoming an independent consultant provided insight and experience across multiple lines of business. Her specialties include coaching, employee relations and communications, org design, change management, process improvement, and policy design.
Erin enjoys developing creative and practical solutions to meet business and people needs. She believes that being a successful HR partner means being a trusted advisor to both leaders and their teams. She loves to help companies navigate an ever-evolving employment landscape and foster a culture where both the business and people thrive.
Originally from Buffalo, NY, Erin has a BA from the State University of NY at Buffalo. She currently resides in Nashville, TN.
