Melanie comes to us from the corporate world of Human Resources at CH2M Hill Civil Engineering and Sykes Recruiting Firm. While working her way up at Fortune 500 organizations where she climbed the HR ladder with a passion for employee wellbeing, empathetic leadership, and a mission to recruit and retain top talent while creating streamlined processes and procedures. 

 

Melanie has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Masters of Arts in Industrial Organization Psychology, from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University in San Diego, California; where she studied HR management, Diversity and Inclusion in the work place, recruiting methods, metrics and continues to stay ahead of the ever changing times with new recruiting and HR tactics.

 

She cares a lot about employees being the best versions of themselves at work, fostering a culture that breeds long term success, translating to happy and productive employees.
